Dear Friend,
Did you spend more time today picking out the
clothes you were going to wear or choosing what to
create with this glorious, unique day in your life?
Believe it or not, living an inspired and fulfilling life
takes intention and attention. It takes awareness
and practice. At Wings of Awareness we are
committed to creating a world in which all people
deeply experience the richness and fulfillment that is
present in each moment. We want for you to live as
the vibrant being you were born to be. And we know
that we ALL need to be reminded to keep our focus
on what is most important in life.
Our intention with this newsletter is contribute to
your life, to offer inspiration and to create a
connection that will be of value to you and those
around you. Enthusiasm, creativity, gratitude,
generosity, peace, love, joy and the many other
positive ways of being in this world are to be shared
and are wildly contagious! Let us know what you
think about our way of sharing!

You Have One Minute, Don't You?
Dina's One Minute Stress Reducer
In the middle of your hectic day, all you need to
bring yourself to a place of relaxation and a new
perspective is one minute. As we teach in our
seminars, one minute is powerful and you can take
that one minute at your desk, in your car (not while
driving!), or even in the rest room if that's the only
place you can be alone!
After you have situated yourself as comfortably as
you can, place your hand just below your belly
button and take a deep breath in. Breathe as if you
were breathing into your hand and feel your belly rise
below your hand. Then, let your breath out slowly.
If you can, close your eyes and allow any thoughts
that come to mind to simply float away. Do not fight
the thoughts, just notice them and let them
disappear while you focus on your slow deep breaths
into your belly and your slow breaths out. If you
have more than a minute available to you, great,
continue! But even one minute of attention on
yourself and your breathing in this way can make a
world of difference in a hectic day. Try it! What do
you have to lose but your stress?

Tools of Awareness
An element of our True Freedom coaching program is
encouraging our clients to take up practices that
bring them more fully in touch with their bodies and
promote well-being. Yoga is a practice that many of
our clients enjoy. Our friends Bob Gibbs and Cheryl
Conway are co-owners of the Salem Kripalu Yoga
Studio on Main Street in Salem, NH. They offer
morning and evening classes for all levels of yoga
